NATIVE AMERICAN ART CALENDAR

The 11" x 14" Native American/Southwest Art Calendars are 13 months with 14 full color images. The calendars are printed on 80 lb cover paper, this print quality paper along with the design allows customers the option of framing the 9.25" x 12" art images. Each year the calendar has a page dedicated to the memory of a deceased Native American artist whose contributions to the art world hold great significance by preserving the past and inspiring today’s youth. 2" x 12" columns lie to the left side of each month, which showcases a photo, bio, and story about the artist and image. Each day is enclosed in a 1 5/8" x 1/5" box for appointments and dates to remember. The 2008 calendar artists are: Merlin LittleThunder (Cover Artist), Wayne Cooper, Dorothy Sullivan, Norma Howard, Troy Anderson, Charles Chapman, Benjamin Harjo, Jr., Harvey Pratt, Richard Whitman, Gordon Yellowman, Sherman Chaddlesone, Lee Bocock and Brent Learned. Tribes represented are: Southern Cheyenne, Cheyenne - Arapaho, Cherokee, Seminole - Shawnee, Creek, Choctaw, Yuchi, Kiowa, Pawnee & Comanche. The “In Memory” page is dedicated to Doc Tate Nevaquaya. Calendar art selection, full production and printing are done in Norman, OK.
